Eligibility Criteria for DAAD Scholarship 2025

• Students from selective countries of Europe, South America, North & Central America, Africa, East, Central, South, & Middle East Asia, and Oceania are eligible to apply for this program.
• Students with high academic progress from the respective countries can apply.
• Applicant must completed the Bachelor’s degree at the time of application for Post-graduation.
• Applicants must secure second-class upper division in previous highest studies.
• The degree gap must not be older than 6 years.
• Candidates from the People’s Republic of China must submit ‘’Akademische Prufstelle (APS), a certificate from the German Embassy.
• Having a good command of English or German language.
• For the English language, a minimum of 6 Bands is required for IELTS, and for TOEFL, candidates must secure 550 scores in paper-based, 80 in internet-based, and 213 in computer-based tests.
• For the German language test, DSH 2 or DAF 4 is compulsory.
